Balalovski Real Estate is growing and looking to fill an available position in our company. The position is for an Investment Advisor which is an individual which helps our investment clients with their acquisitions and dispositions of NNN investment grade real estate and hotel properties. Investment grade real estate is considered properties such as quick serve restaurants, dollar stores, pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, Drug Mart), etc. Please take a moment to learn more about becoming an Investment Advisor at Balalovski Real Estate.

Job Requirements:

1. 2 Years Field Experience
2. College Degree
3. Licensed in Ohio
4. Have Reliable Transportation, PC & Cell Phone
5. Vehicle Must Be Insured
6. Designations are Great
7. Skilled at Persuasion
8. Attention to Detail
9. Excellent Communicator
10. Able to Work Full Time, Come to our Office and Produce

Job Responsibilities

1. Sell Real Estate For Clients
2. Work in Investment Real Estate
3. Market Property
4. Meet with Leads and Clients
5. Show Property to Qualified Prospects
6. Co-ordinate with Lenders, Attorneys and Other Service Providers
7. Analyze Information
8. Research Market Trends (Past and Current Sales) for Clients
9. Cover Professional Expenses with Licensure
